Google’s Agentic Ads & Analytics
Covered by Signal Brief for B2B SaaS product managers — one of 5 tools in Issue #3 · blog.google
What it does
Google announced Monday that agentic experiences are coming to Google Ads and Google Analytics: natural-language Dashboards (live in Ads, coming to Analytics) that turn raw data into visual reports with an auto-generated summary explaining the “why,” AI Overviews-style recaps at the top of the Analytics homepage covering traffic changes and account updates since your last login, and a new benchmarking tool that pipes anonymized competitor averages into Ask Advisor, the in-product agent Google introduced in May to span Ads, Analytics, Merchant Center, and the Google Marketing Platform.
Why it matters for PMs
GA4 is where plenty of B2B SaaS teams watch the funnel, and Google just imported the push-not-pull pattern there — the recap comes to you, and one click hands off to an agent. When the world’s most-installed analytics suite goes agentic, it resets what product teams should expect from every analytics vendor.
