ZoomInfo GTM MCP for Copilot Studio

What it does
ZoomInfo announced Monday that GTM.AI — its headless context layer that exposes a verified B2B data graph through API and Model Context Protocol — now connects to Microsoft Copilot Studio: once an admin enables the connector, approved agents can ground their work in ZoomInfo’s roughly 500 million contacts, 100 million companies, and intent signals inside Dynamics 365 (inline enrichment of contact and account records), Excel (describe a target audience in plain text and get a verified prospect table back), and Word (account plans assembled from live company data). The same layer already feeds Salesforce Agentforce, HubSpot Breeze, Gong, LeanData, and customer-built agents on Claude and ChatGPT, with governance, access control, and data lineage applied consistently across every surface that consumes it.
Why it matters for PMs
When GTM intelligence becomes queryable from the AI tools you already work in, segment intent and account context stop being locked in a sales-only tab — useful evidence for prioritization and launch planning. The bigger tell: GTM data vendors are going headless the way product-analytics vendors did earlier this year, and “does it expose an MCP surface?” is fast becoming a standard line in every vendor evaluation.
